IMPLIKASI IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA KARYAWAN
Idrus, Muhammad
Dalam bekerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap sikap kerja dan
menentukan prestasi kerja pegawai.
kehidupan kerja karyawan

adolescents; filial self-efficacy; gender; parents; relationship quality
The belief of adolescents to fulfill their role as a child in the family known as filial self-efficacy that assumed to provide a feeling of being able to organize events in carrying out their life as part of the family. The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the relationship between the quality of the adolescent’s relationship with parents and filial self-efficacy, and differences in filial self-efficacy based on gender. Research participants were 93 students of the Faculty of Psychology Universitas Diponegoro, who were in the late adolescence age range (18-22 years), consisting of 28 boys (30%) and 65 girls (70%). The data were obtained using the Filial SelfEfficacy Scale based on Bandura’s perspective and the Adolescent-Parent Relationships Scale based on the Grotevant and Cooper perspective. The analysis technique used is product moment analysis and t-test. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between the quality of the relationship between adolescents and their parents and filial self-efficacy as indicated by a correlation coefficient of .783 (p > .01). This means that the more positive the quality of the relationships that exist between adolescents and their parents, the higher the filial self-efficacy. Conversely, the more negative the quality of the relationship between adolescents and their parents, the lower the filial self-efficacy. According to the research, there was no significant difference in filial self-efficacy between boys and girls, with a t-count of -0.029 and a significance value of .977 (p > .05).

Covid-19; elementary school-age children; mindfulness; parenting stress
The Covid-19 pandemic has impacts on life, especially for parents of school-age children. One of the phenomena that occur is parenting stress, which impacts parenting. Parenting stress requires the role of mindfulness and family resilience in order to be able to deal with stressful conditions of parenting during a pandemic. This study aimed to determine the relationship between mindfulness, family resilience, and parenting stress of parents who had school-age children. This quantitative study used a purposive sampling technique involving 60 parents with children of primary school age (93.3% female, Mage = 38; SD = 7.4). The instruments used in this research were the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) with (α = .911), Family Resilience Assessment Scale (α = .964), and The Parenting Stress Index (α = .994). The method of data analysis was multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that mindfulness and family resilience are simultaneously statistically significant in predicting parenting stress, Adj R 2 = .936, F(2, 58) = 428.89, p < .001. In addition, it found that mindfulness does not contribute to the model, b = -.025; t(58) = -.686, p = .495, while family resilience does, b = .957; t(58) = 26.158, p < .001. The effective contribution of mindfulness and family resilience to parenting stress is 93.6%. Based on the research results obtained, parents can develop mindfulness and family resilience to cope with the perceived stress of parenting.

SPIRITUALITAS KERJA SEBAGAI EKSPRESI KEINGINAN DIRI KARYAWAN UNTUK MENCARI MAKNA DAN TUJUAN HIDUP DALAM ORGANISASI
Nurtjahjani, Harlina

gender construction; interaction; family; divorce
The purpose of this study was to highlight the dynamics of gender construction in divorced families. This study used a qualitative method with a case study design on eight mothers-youths from divorced families. In contrast to previous research, this study identified the role of post-divorce family interactions in the construction of gender associated with their well-being. The study’s findings show that the gender scheme developed by youth is linked to patterns of interaction in the family after the parents’ divorce. Changes in parent roles and the presence of extended families contribute to their gender construction. There is an evaluation process that builds an understanding of dynamic gender roles in the family in order to understand the reality of the post-divorce family. Fathers who re-opened communication with their children, mothers as gatekeepers in communication and parenting, and mothers’ and children’s perceptions of the extended family all contributed to the evaluation process. Youth from divorced families face challenges in seeking well-being. They still believe that an intact family is ideal and that the presence of a responsible father is considered important for young people, while the presence of an extended family causes dilemmas in family interactions.

attitude toward Covid-19 vaccine; national mass vaccination program; theory of planned behavior; Covid-19 risk perception; confidence in Covid-19 vaccine; trust to government; knowledge; beliefs in conspiracy
Vaccination is an important tool to end the pandemic; however, various surveys show considerable cases of hesitance and refusal among public in many countries. This study aimed to predict the effect of several factors on attitudes toward the Covid-19 vaccine using the theory of planned behavior framework. A quantitative survey design was used to collect data from participants from 15 cities in Indonesia (n = 323) during the second wave of pandemic in June-July 2021. Data were analyzed using hierarchical multiple regression to test three models. In Model 1, risk perception and confidence in vaccine significantly predict attitude toward vaccine, Adj. R2 = .501, F(2, 320) = 162.610, p < .000. In Model 2, adding trust to government does not improve the prediction, Adj. R2 = .504, ΔR2 = .003, F for R2 Change = 3.284, p = .071. In Model 3, we added knowledge about Covid-19 and beliefs in conspiracy in the model, which presented as the best model by having Adj. R2 = .532, ΔR2 = .030, F for R2 Change = 10.222, p < .000. Though relatively weaker than the influence of risk perception, t(317) = 4.250, p < .00, and confidence in vaccine, t(317) = 10.24, p < .00, knowledge about Covid-19 can predict attitude toward vaccine t(317) = 4.521, p < .00, while beliefs in conspiracy do not. It is concluded that there is an interplay between control beliefs (knowledge) and behavioral beliefs (risk perception and confidence in vaccines) in shaping attitudes toward a vaccine. Confidence in vaccines plays the most important role, followed consecutively by risk perception and knowledge. It suggests that health authorities emphasize the safety and efficacy of vaccines
in reducing the risk of disease while educating the public with authorized information.

psikologi mistis; kearifan lokal; mistisisme

Resilience is an important factor that can help a person to get through difficult phases in life. Current research focuses on dynamic resilience, which can be developed through interaction with the surrounding environment. In this study will be further analyzed the effect of each source of perceived social support on adolescent resilience in Tangerang Regency, as one of the areas prone to crime. Participants in this study were 429 junior high school students aged 13-16 years old. The study used The 14-Items Resilience Scale (RS-14) and The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) which had previously been adapted by researchers. The results showed that perceived social support was a predictor of adolescent resilience in Tangerang Regency with a medium effect size, R2 = .166, F(1, 427) = 84.861, p = .000. In general, there is no difference between the social support received by male and female adolescents, t(427) = 0.402, p = .689. However, it was found that female adolescents feel more supported by friends compared to male adolescents, t(427) = -3.041, p = .003.

THE EFFECT OF PERSPECTIVE TAKING AND IMAGINED CONTACTS ON PERCEIVED SIMILARITY

imagined contact; perceived similarity; perspective taking; self-other overlap
Several studies have shown that perspective taking may increase perceived similarity between two people via increased self-other overlap. However, there are reasons to doubt the efficacy of perspective taking, particularly due to the difficulty in leaving one’s own perspective to view the world from another’s. In two experiments, we tested the efficacy of perspective taking on increasing perceived similarity and, failing that, proposed a different method that may be more effective in increasing perceived similarity. The first study focused on perspective taking and was done with 95 participants (74% women) with a between-subjects design. The second study examined the effect of imagined contact with 59 participants (76% women) with a within-subjects design. The first experiment showed that perspective taking does not significantly affect perceived similarity, t(94) = -.10, p = .92, while imagined contact increases perceived similarity, t(58) = -2.54, p < .05. These experiments show that perspective taking does not improve perceived similarity, whereas imagined contact does increase perceived similarity. Practical implications are also discussed.

University students might experience emotional problems leading to self-injury during the COVID-19 pandemic due to negative relationships with their parents at home. However, strength-based parenting (SBP) can be a protective factor for self-injury. Previous studies showed that SBP had a positive correlation with self-compassion, but no study investigated the effect of SBP and self-compassion on the urge to self-injure. This present study aimed to examine if self-compassion mediated the relationship between SBP and the urge to self-injure. Participants were 193 university students in Surabaya aged 18-21 years old (M = 19.92; SD = 1.21), 86.5% was female. They were recruited voluntarily and asked to complete a series of questionnaire online, consisting of the Strength-Based Parenting Scale, Self-Compassion Scale, and the Alexian Brothers Urge to Self-Injure Scale. Mediation analysis was performed using PROCESS Macro for SPSS. Result showed that SBP was not directly related to the urge to self-injure, t(190) = 0.84, p = .40 (ns), but self-compassion mediated the relationship, ab = -0.93 [-1.30, -0.57]. SBP positively influenced self-compassion, a = 0.17, t(191) = 5.70, p < .001, and self-compassion negatively influenced the urge to self-injure, b = -5.49, t(192) = -8.74, p < .001. Further exploration revealed that self-judgment and over-identification influenced the urge to self-injure, t(186) = -3.35, p < .01 and t(186) = -1.98, p < .05, respectively. Therefore, self-compassion trainings and activities to reduce self-criticism and to identify negative thoughts or feelings might play an important role in preventing and overcoming the urge to self-injure in university students.

The department of counseling services at Kerobokan Prison, Bali, Indonesia reported to the researcher of this study that some of their inmates experienced psychological complaints which were impacting their physical health. The researcher conducted this study with the aim of providing a means of relief for the inmates, as well as to examine the impact of a Psycho-Spiritual Integrative Therapy (PSIT) as an intervention. A qualitative research method was used with a multiple case study approach with a thematic analysis to determine the influence of the intervention on the participants’ sense of life aspiration and psychological well-being. Fifteen male prisoners, who were serving 10 or more years for drug related offenses, completed the PSIT and participated in a post interview. The researcher found 5 main themes related to the participants’ experiences over the course of the intervention, which were regret, forgiveness, acceptance, belief, and affirmation. The participant reports indicate the beginning of a transformative change in perspective which may be beneficial for creating a new life for themselves upon their release from prison. Further research is necessary to assess long-term changes in the participants’ perspectives, and how they have integrated their awareness for their return to society. The findings of this research may be included into a residential health services module for the counseling services department at Kerobokan Prison, as well they may be influential in further public health research

psychological scale adaptation; relational skills; teacher guidance and counseling; teachers’ relational competence scale
This research aims to adapt the teacher relational competence scale by Vidmar and Kerman (2016) to the Indonesian language and culture, especially in the context of guidance and counseling teachers. The adaptation process has used the International Test Commission Guidelines. This adaptation involves 276 subjects with criteria: guidance and counseling teachers with a minimum working period of 5 years and who have attended professional teacher education (Pendidikan Profesi Guru). There are four research instruments, namely TRCS, linguist evaluation form, content expert evaluation form, and pilot study
assessment form. The data analysis technique uses content analysis and constructs analysis. Content analysis has used the content validity index (CVI), while construct analysis has used confirmatory factor analysis
(CFA) with AMOS version 22. Reliability test based on homogeneity (internal consistency) using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. The analysis of evidence based on test content contained ten items with a mean score of 0.60. The results of the evidence-based construct analysis using CFA obtained 17 items with a loading factor > .50. The reliability coefficient with Cronbach’s alpha is .933. So that in the future, only 17 items will be used as a measure of the Indonesian version of the Relational Competence Scale for guidance and counseling teachers.
