Working performance of employes especially in public sectors is always the main obstacles in order to achieve organization goals. The research aims are to find relation between motivation, working ability and leaderships style with working performance. Due to the study which conducted there years, it is found that there is strong relationship between motivation, working ability and leadership style with working performance. So in order to improve the working performance it is necessary to increase motivation and working ability through leadership style.
