Abstract
The stipulation of Law No.32, 2004 is a revision of Law No. 22, 1999 that
arrange the hierarchy relation of provincial government with municipality/
regencies, in which the provincial government coordinate development planning
and various inter region regulations, for the benefit of inter regional cooperation
conducive for regional and national development. Moreover, regional policy could
be developed into regional management and regional marketing, for better inter
regional development. Regionalization could be well implemented with the absence
of local egoism, cultural adjustment, cooperation needs, mutual interest, as well
as facility support.
