Abstract
Qualitative method is a post-positivism based research paradigm. Therefore
it has a strong difference with positivism-based paradigm of quantitative method.
Qualitative methods is holistic in characteristic, seeing the relations inside the
system, focused on understanding the background of a phenomenon, and
demands the researcher as a research instrument. It has three methods of data
collection, covering indepth interview, open questionairres and documentation.
