ANALISIS KEBIJAKAN REKLAMASI PANTAI DI KAWASAN PANTAI MARINA SEMARANG

Abstract

Formulation of coastal reclamation Marina Semarang still generates pro
and contra from various side. Ones, District Governor believe that coastal
reclamation is one of ways to fulfill difficulty requirement of land, requirement of
arrangement coastal area and also requirement of public space. While on the
other side society believe that coastal reclamation identic with floods, rob and
other various negative impact. This research aims to give policy alternative which
can recommended to formulation follow up of coastal reclamation in Marina coastal
area which input to all policy makers. The result of this research indicates that
licensing of coastal reclamation in Marina Coastal Area need to be re-studied
and also need compiled by a policy at the same level of District Law arranging
about coastal reclamation with vision of environment where relied on integrated
coastal zone planning and management by relate at circumstantial study from
some expert about situation Coast of Semarang and its surroundings.
