Abstract
Development paradigm in Indonesia has been focused on growth, making
our living environment is burdened with various pollution and environmental
damages. Excessive exploitation of natural resources has been resulting increase
in poverty to the majority of the people. Business is often pointed as the main
cause of this problem, besides greediness of the people. Therefore, environmental
law should be well implemented, pairing with good policies. The responsibility lies
in everyones shoulder, especially the stakeholders.
