Abstract

The main role of Public Administration is providing goods and service to
the whole society. Traditional assumption hold by most people is that government
should provide any goods or service needed by people. However, this role has
been changed for many reasons. It is impossible that government can fulfill
these task fully, because there are too many constraints and obstacles. People
now realized that government should perform better with less cost. Government
should benchmark its service with the best in business. People want more for
the rupiah they spend, so quality service become the main issue of our
contemporary society. It is the mission of Public Administration to provide
such important service to its stakeholders.
