STUDI EVALUASI KINERJA PROGRAM RASKIN DI KECAMATAN SURUH KABUPATEN SEMARANG

Abstract

This study is aimed at evaluating Raskin (Rice for the Poor) Program by
using program performance indicators (Input-Output-Outcome-Benefit and
Impact), both quantitatively and qualitatively. It is ultimately aimed at knowing
this programs performance in achieving its goal in Semarang regency. Overall
the result shows that this program is successful enough, from the achievement
of the following indicators: Input and Output are very effective, while Outcome,
Benefit and Impact are effective. It is recommended that operational cost of this
program should be better calculated, priority scale in Raskin distribution should
be made, while socialization of this programs goal should be implemented to
prevent dependency and spoiled attitude of the society toward this program.
