Utia Meylina (Bachelor   degree of Law) is research assistant at Center For Constitution and Laws Studies (PKKPUU), Center For Law and Development  Studies (Pushiban), as well as  Center for Public Policy and Human Rights (PKKP-HAM) Faculty of Law University of Lampung, Indonesia.  She  graduated from Constitutional Departement Faculty Of Law University Of  Lampung.  As a student, she has helped many as assistant researchers in various research about  constitution and Law Faculty of Law University of Lampung. Her academic works have been published in Legal Conference on Sustainability, Fiat Justisia Journal of Law and 3^rdIMCoSS 2015UBL Conference. Her research focus on the development of legislation of Indonesian law, the Constitutional Sovereignty and Human Rights.
