PENGELOLAAN SUMBER DAYA ALAM BERBASIS KELEMBAGAAN LOKAL

Abstract

The main objective of this article is to analyze the model of managing natural resources which is based on local institution as part of ecological paradigm viewing human as integral part of nature. The involvement of local institutions in managing natural resources which is implemented and become integral part of Pak-Pak community is multidimensional in scope compromising the harmony between ecology, economic and human interest. The model of natural resources management implemented by Pak-Pak community is based on traditional wisdom, community knowledge and property, holistically managed, moralist, praxis, and ecologist.  Natural resources management is based empirically on local institution, adaptive, ecological, and sustainable.
