STUDI PERILAKU PUBLIK PENGGUNA JALAN DAN ANGKUTAN UMUM TERHADAP KETIDAKLANCARAN LALU LINTAS SEPANJANG RUAS JALAN SETIABUDI-MT. HARYONO KOTA SEMARANG
Abstract
This article is the result of a research on the behavior of street users and
public transport along the 10,5 km long of Setiabudi-MT Haryono Street. It is
intended to know the reasons of the street users and public transport tendencies
to show defiant behaviour resulted in traffic jamned. Besides, it is also aimed at
finding ways to change the street users behaviour. Using qualitative method,
this research is using behavioral theories to analyze and interpret the behaviour
of street users and public transport along this street. Data collection employed
behavior mapping technique. Place-centered mapping is the result of analyzis
that show that B (Behavior) factor depends on interactional behaviour between 0
(Organism) factor and E (Environment) factor, therefore the formula is B = f (0 >
E ). This formula gives an understanding that behaviour (B) of the street users
and public transport depends on the interactional relations of psychology (0) with
environment (E).
