Abstract
The positions of Zakat is quiet important in term of local financial sources
which nowdays its almost neglected due to unclear conceptualization in most
local regulations. One of the reason that Zakat is always related to the
responsibility of human being in world of religion. So, if Zakat would be integrated
into local financial contribution will be interferre the nature of tax thats actually
the responsibility of citizenships.
