STUDI KOMPARATIF PESERTA ASKES DAN NON ASKES TENTANG TINGKAT KEPUASAN PELAYANAN DI RSUP Dr. KARIADI SEMARANG*
Abstract
This article is intended to describe a research done to compare satisfaction
level of ASKES and non-ASKES members on service quality at Dr. Kariadi
Hospital, Semarang. The result of this research shows that there is no difference
in their satisfaction, as all of them are not satisfied with the hospitals service.
Therefore it is recommended that the hospital should promote, enhance and
socialize kindness, politeness, and friendship culture among the paramedics to
enhance the patients satisfaction to the hospitals service.
