ABSTRAK
Semakin banyak para anak muda di Indonesia yang ingin dapat bekerja di Jepang. Semakin banyak pula LPK (Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja) yang memberikan pelatihan bahasa Jepang sekaligus memberikan kesempatan magang di Jepang kepada para peserta. Untuk dapat bekerja di Jepang diperlukan kompetensi berbahasa Jepang yang memadai yang ditandai dengan keterampilan komunikasi yang baik. Selain itu, penulisan curriculum vitae yang baik dan benar, keberhasilan dalam wawancara kerja merupakan hal yang harus disiapkan calon pemagang ke Jepang maupun mereka yang ingin bekerja di perusahaan Jepang. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pembekalan dan pelatihan kepada calon pemagang ke Jepang agar menguasai penulisan dokumen lamaran kerja sesuai kaidah dan aturan dalam Bahasa Jepang. Selain itu melalui simulasi wawancara kerja diharapkan peserta dapat berlatih untuk menyiapkan diri menghadapi wawancara kerja yang sebenarnya. Pelatihan ini berhasil dengan baik ditandai dari indikator ketercapaian jumlah peserta pelatihan, ketercapaian penguasaan materi, ketercapaian tujuan pelatihan juga dari hasil survei kepuasan peserta pelatihan.

ABSTRACT
More and more young people in Indonesia want to be able to work in Japan. More and more LPKs (Job Training Institutes) are providing Japanese language training as well as providing participants with internship opportunities in Japan. To be able to work in Japan requires adequate Japanese language competence which is characterized by good communication skills. In addition, writing a good and correct curriculum vitae, success in job interviews is something that prospective apprentices to Japan and those who want to work in Japanese companies must prepare. This training aims to provide briefing and training for prospective interns to Japan in order to master the writing of job application documents according to the rules and regulations in Japanese. In addition, through a job interview simulation, participants are expected to be able to practice to prepare themselves for a real job interview. This training was successful, marked by the indicators of the achievement of the number of training participants, the achievement of mastery of the material, the achievement of the training objectives as well as the results of the training participant satisfaction survey.
