PENDAMPINGAN EDUKASI PEMBERDAYAAN KAPASITAS KEWIRAUSAHAAN WARGA TERDAMPAK PANDEMI COVID 19 DI WILAYAH KOTA SEMARANG

ABSTRAK

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini focus pada pendampingan edukasi pemberdayaan kapasitas kewirausahaan warga terdampak pandemic Covid-19. Tujuannya memberi layanan edukasi melalui sosialisasi dan penguatan kemampuan individu warga untuk menggali potensi diri dan mengembangkannya sehingga memiliki kemandirian dalam mengatasi segala persoalan sendiri. Metode dalam kegiatan pendampingan ini menggunakan strategi pembelajaran problem based learning dengan model pemecahan masalah problem solving. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan, melalui kegiatan pendampingan edukasi pemberdayaan kapasitas kewirausahaan ini selama tiga minggu dapat terlihat ; (a) antusiasme peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini sangat tinggi; (b) perubahan pola pikir peserta lebih rasional dalam memahami kehidupannya dengan segala persoalan yang dihadapi; (c) mampu mengkonsepsikan strategi dan cara penyelesaian masalah hidup yang dihadapi.

Kata kunci : Pendampingan edukasi, pemberdayaan kapasitas, kewirausahaan.

 

ABSTRACT

This community service focuses on providing educational assistance to empower the entrepreneurial capacity of residents affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The goal is to provide educational services through socialization and strengthening the ability of individual citizens to explore their potential and develop them so that they have independence in overcoming all problems on their own. The method in this mentoring activity uses problem based learning learning strategies with problem solving problem solving models. The results of community service activities show, through this educational assistance activity to empower entrepreneurial capacity for three weeks it can be seen; (a) the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in this activity; (b) changing the mindset of participants to be more rational in understanding their lives with all the problems they face; (c) able to conceptualize strategies and ways of solving life problems faced.
