DISKRIMINASI NIKKEI BURAJIRU-JIN DI JEPANG SEBAGAI PEKERJA SEKTOR TIDAK TERAMPIL TAHUN 2014-2020 (STUDI KASUS PERUSAHAAN BIDANG MANUFAKTUR DI PREFEKTUR AICHI DAN PREFEKTUR SHIZUOKA)

Abstract
Nikkei Burajiru-jin termarginalisasi sehingga sulit bagi mereka untuk meningkatkan status ekonomi sosial saat tinggal di Jepang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori disorganisasi sosial oleh Rubington dan Weinberg untuk menjelaskan konflik sosial yang terjadi antara masyarakat Jepang dan Nikkei Burajiru-jin. Metode kualitatif dengan strategi penelitian studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data memanfaatkan studi literatur menggunakan sumber buku, jurnal, artikel website serta wacana media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disintegrasi sosial yang terjadi antara masyarakat Jepang dan Nikkei Burajiru-jin akibat perbedaan kultur dan sifat alamiah antar dua kelompok tersebut. Dan adanya stereotipe terhadap non Jepang, dimana walaupun darah Jepang mengalir pada Nikkei, tetapi dipandang tidak murni dan menganut sistem nilai yang berbeda dengan mereka yang murni asli Jepang. Beberapa praktek pengucilan sebagai pekerja tidak terampil di perusahaan Jepang dialami oleh pekerja Nikkei dan hal ini dapat dibuktikan melalui catatan wawancara dengan Nikkei Burajiru-jin bahwa mereka menyadari kesulitan meningkatkan karir di Jepang. Pekerjaan di pabrik menjadi satu-satunya lapangan pekerjaan yang mudah dimasuki. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa gagalnya penerapan konsep multikulturalisme di Jepang menimbulkan prasangka negatif dan perilaku diskriminatif oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat Jepang kepada Nikkei Burajiru-jin. Ini yang kemudian mengakibatkan Nikkei Burajiru-jin mengalami kesulitan berasimilasi di Jepang.
