KAPABILITAS PRODUCT DIAGNOSTICITY UMKM MENGGUNAKAN TECHNOLOGY-ORGANIZATION-ENVIRONMENT FRAMEWORK: MODEL KONSEPTUAL

Abstract
Digitalisasi sangat penting bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dalam menghadapi tantangan era Society 5.0. UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya saing, efisiensi operasional, dan kepercayaan konsumen dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital  Ketelusuran informasi, khususnya di sektor makanan, menjadi aspek penting untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan kepercayaan terhadap produk, namun keterbatasan sistem informasi, teknologi, dan pengetahuan sering menjadi hambatan bagi UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model konseptual kapabilitas product diagnosticity UMKM menggunakan pendekatan Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework untuk menganalisis faktor teknologi, organisasi, dan lingkungan yang mempengaruhi adopsi teknologi digital. Dengan menggunakan metode CIMO logic framework, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi peran insight generation capability sebagai mekanisme kunci dalam mendukung kapabilitas tersebut. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model konseptual yang mencakup dimensi-dimensi penting dari tiga variabel utama, yang memberikan wawasan strategis untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM, serta menjadi dasar untuk pengujian empiris lebih lanjut.
