Metode penelitian yang digunakan Penelitian pendekatan yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Pertama, Perlindungan hukum terhadap Pekerja/Buruh penyandang disabilitas di Indonesia dalam tataran kebijakan dan regulasi sudah cukup memadai, Hanya saja dalam pelaksanaannya ,perlindungan hukum terhadap Pekerja/Buruh penyandang disabilitas belum terlaksana dengan baik. Kedua,Pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang mempekerjakan Pekerja/Buruh penyandang disabilitas telah memberikan perlindungan hukum kepada pekerja/buruh penyandang disabilitas, baik dalam bentuk pengaturan yang tertuang dalam Perjanjian Kerja, Peraturan Perusahaan maupun dalam bentuk Perjanjian Kerja bersama (PKB).
