Abstract
The protection of children’s citizenship rights are arranged so that children may not be a stateless person. However, there are still shortcomings in the arrangement and the implementation of the protection of the right of citizenship of a child born from intermarriage. Abstrak
Perlindungan terhadap hak kewarganegaraan anak dalam Undang Undang Kewarganegaaran sudah disusun sedemikian rupa sehingga anak tidak menjadi tanpa kewarganegaraan. Namun demikian masih terdapat kelemahan dalam pengaturan dan implementasi terhadap perlindungan hak kewarganegaraan anak yang lahir dari perkawinan campuran, sehingga sinkronisasi dan harmonisasi dalam pengaturan dan perlindungan hak kewarganegaraan anak perlu lebih diperhatikan.
