Abtract
The springhead of corruption eradication is the corruption court decisions. Such decisions are subject to change sentences, free or free from all charges. Abstrak
Muara pemberantasan korupsi adalah pada putusan pengadilan tindak pidana korupsi. Putusan tersebut dapat berubah penjatuhan pidana, bebas atau lepas dari segala tuntutan hukum. Jika putusan dalam pengadilan tindak pidana korupsi berupa penjatuhan pidana, maka pertanyaan lebih lanjut dapatkah putusan tersebut menimbulkan efek jera. Di sisi lain, terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi putusan pengadilan tindak pidana korupsi.
