PENGHENTIAN PROSES PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA INFORMASI PUBLIK AKIBAT PERMOHONAN TIDAK BERITIKAD BAIK DAN BERSUNGGUH SUNGGUH

Abstract
Public information disclosure disputes requested by the public can be terminated if the request is not in good faith and earnest (vexatious request) but must be by the principles of reasonable justice. This research method is normative legal research with a statutory, conceptual, and case approach. The research results show that the termination of the public information dispute resolution process because it was not serious and in good faith (vexatious request) was not based on the general principles of good justice and the principle that decisions can be appealed. However, other things also need to be improved in the legal provisions made by the information commission regarding the mechanism for terminating the process of resolving public information disputes.
