| 4. | Description | Abstract | This study aims to determine the legal communications applications as law enforcement efforts in marginal areas . This research is a law of socio legal research ( empirical legal research ) supported by normative legal research . The research found that the application of legal communication in marginal areas is not very satisfactory . It is shown by the high crime rate and lack of public awareness of the law . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aplikasi komunikasi hukum sebagai usaha penegakan hukum di daerah marjinal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum socio legal research (penelitian hukum empiris) yang didukung dengan penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa aplikasi komunikasi hukum di daerah marjinal sangat tidak memuaskan. Hal tersebut ditunjukan dengan tingginya angka kejahatan dan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat akan hukum. Masyarakat juga mengalami kesulitan mendapatkan informasi tentang hukum.
