Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum socio legal research (penelitian hukum empiris) yang didukung dengan penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa a plikasi komunikasi hukum di daerah marjinal sangat tidak memuaskan. Hal tersebut ditunjukan dengan tingginya angka kejahatan dan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat akan hukum. Masyarakat juga mengalami kesulitan mendapatkan informasi tentang hukum. Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aplikasi komunikasi hukum sebagai usaha penegakan hukum di daerah marjinal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum socio legal research (penelitian hukum empiris) yang didukung dengan penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa aplikasi komunikasi hukum di daerah marjinal sangat tidak memuaskan. Hal tersebut ditunjukan dengan tingginya angka kejahatan dan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat akan hukum. Masyarakat juga mengalami kesulitan mendapatkan informasi tentang hukum.
