Studi Bibliometrik Faktor Pembangunan Endogen di Indonesia

Abstract
Pembangunan endogen berfokus pada pentingnya memanfaatkan sumber daya dan kemampuan lokal untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi pada suatu wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau dan memetakan konsep-konsep utama terkait faktor-faktor endogen dalam pengembangan wilayah di Indonesia melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data paper jurnal hasil pencarian dari basis data Scopus dengan melakukan identifikasi tren publikasi, lokasi geografis dan klaster serta interkoneksi antar konsep kunci dalam literatur akademik yang menjadi fokus penelitian sebelumnya, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai faktor-faktor endogen yang mendorong pembangunan wilayah di Indonesia. Hasil analisis bibliometrik menunjukkan bahwa penelitian tentang pembangunan endogen di Indonesia meningkat dalam dekade terakhir dengan fokus penelitian meliputi inovasi, kepemimpinan, dan modal manusia. Pengaruh peneliti dari Indonesia masih mendominasi penelitian ini, dengan terdapat beberapa kasus mendapat pengaruh dari negara-negara Asia, Australia dan Amerika Serikat. Selain itu ditemukan bahwa penelitian faktor pembangunan endogen tidak dapat terlepas dari pengaruh faktor pembangunan eksogen dalam pengembangan suatu wilayah. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang peta penelitian pembangunan endogen di Indonesia dan merekomendasikan arah penelitian selanjutnya untuk memperkuat basis ilmiah dalam perencanaan pembangunan yang inklusif dan berbasis pembangunan endogen.
