Pada tingkat usia muda generasi muda memiliki idealism yang tinggi, namun di sisi lain di masa-masa perkembangan kepribadiannya masih sangat labil. Generasi muda harus memiliki kesiapan mental dan keteguhan jati diri. Perlu penguatan jati diri dan karakter bagi pemuda pelajar. Melalui sosialisasi tentang jati diri di era industri 4.0 dan dialog interkatif melalui pendekatan problem solving yang disimulasikan, dapat memperluas wawasan dan memperkuat intensitas penghayatan dan pengamalan nilai-nilai jati diri. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan, langkah penguatan jati diri nampak hasilnya dalam proses simulasi mampu menumbuhkan kesadaran nasionalisme, dan pengalaman baru tentang nilai-nilai jati diri dalam kontek tantangan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Sebagai tindak lanjut penguatan jati diri perlu pendampingan dan pembinaan oleh semua pihak yang terkait. Kata kunci : Penguatan jati diri, generasi muda, era revolusi industry 4.0. This community service focuses on strengthening identity for Salatiga State High School 3 students. Students are part of the young generation who will continue the leadership of the nation in the future. At a young age, young people have high ideals, but on the other hand, in times of personality development, they are still very unstable. The young generation must have mental readiness and determination. Need to strengthen identity and character for young students. Through socialization about identity in the industrial era 4.0 and interactive dialogue through a simulated problem solving approach, it can broaden horizons and strengthen the intensity of appreciation and practice of identity values. The results of this community service show that the steps to strengthen identity appear to be the results of the simulation process that are able to foster nationalism awareness, and new experiences of identity values in the context of the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. As a follow-up to strengthening identity, it is necessary to provide assistance and guidance by all parties involved.
