Abstract

Law is not remains as a field wich is neutral and free value. Nevertheless legal already contruct based on willing of ‘the king’. So the concept of justice actually is that justice from kingdom status quo perspective. Law and power difficult to distinguish among beginning critical legal studies who against legal positivism domination and analytic legism according with progressive law movement.
