MATI DALAM PASUNGAN: KRITIK TERHADAP PENELITIAN HUKUM

Abstract

Legal research within this time featuring the figure of the researchers who pursue researchprojects in various departments, the aim is only to obtain the tender without any researchresults that can be applied in society. Researchers such as this model has been criticized, as many scientists are leaders who only want to maintain the status quo that legal researchshould be normative and can not be interfered with by other sciences in addition to such as the social, psychological, etc.. Application of western-style legal research forced entry tomeet the real sector, which according to the authors, the romanticism of the Colonial Lawsstill apply whereas the one hand the development of legal science should be tailored to thesocial development of society. Should research must be open and accessible to a variety ofother disciplines and particularly to touch the bottom layer of society.
