Implementasi Strategi Penanggulangan Sampah Plastik di Universitas Negeri Semarang: Menuju Green Campus

Abstract

Sampah plastik merupakan tantangan lingkungan utama yang mengancam ekosistem dan kesehatan manusia. Masalah ini terjadi di berbagai sektor masyarakat, termasuk di perguruan tinggi. Studi literatur ini berfokus pada implementasi strategi pengurangan sampah plastik di universitas berdasarkan aspek psikologi kognitif dan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pengambilan keputusan multi-kriteria (MCDM), khususnya Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Expert Choice 11, untuk menentukan kriteria dan program pengelolaan sampah plastik.  Target dari penelitian ini adalah pengelola kantin di UNNES. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini meliputi para ahli dan praktisi yang mewakili komponen ABCG. Akademisi merujuk pada pakar dan dosen yang memiliki spesialisasi di bidang studi lingkungan dan pengelolaan sampah, pelaku bisnis berkaitan dengan pengelola kantin, komunitas merujuk pada himpunan mahasiswa UNNES, dan pemangku kebijakan meliputi Wakil Rektor Bidang Perencanaan, Umum, Sumber Daya Manusia, dan Keuangan, dan Subdirektorat Konservasi. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi lapangan secara langsung di lokasi penelitian, wawancara mendalam, penggunaan kuesioner berskala hirarki, dan penerapan teknik pembobotan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria insentive (0,476) memiliki tingkat signifikansi tertinggi, diikuti oleh self control (0,266) dan redesign (0,258), dengan prioritas utama alternatif strateginya adalah reward (0,262), diikuti oleh pelatihan (0,221), renew (0,189), sertifikasi (0,219), dan terakhir kampanye (0,110). Semua alternatif strategi perlu diimplementasikan untuk mencapai pengelolaan sampah plastik yang optimal di UNNES.
