It can be concluded, the communication strategy used BINTARI according to the stages of communication strategies according to Hafied Cangara, namely: (1) Selecting and establish a communicator, (2) Know your audience, (3) Prepare a message, (4) Selection of communication media, (5 ) to analyze the effects of communication and (6) Evaluation.
