Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan persepsi guru tentang K3 sekolah di boarding school Kota Serang tahun 2022. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di enam Madrasah Aliyah yang menggunakan sistem Boarding School dan Pondok pesantren dibawah naungan Kementrian Agama Kota Serang pada bulan April sampai Juni 2022. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 145 orang guru boarding school di Serang. Pengumpulan data secara langsung menggunakan kuesioner dan data dianalisis secara univariat dan analisis bivariat. Hasil: Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 55,9% responden memiliki persepsi baik tentang K3 Sekolah, 53,8% responden memiliki pengetahuan baik, 96,6% responden memiliki tingkat pendidikan tinggi, 80% responden memiliki masa kerja lama (>5th), sebagian besar responden adalah laki-laki serta sebanyak 79,3% responden tidak pernah mengalami kecelakaan di sekolah. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dan masa kerja dengan persepsi guru tentang K3 sekolah serta tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat Pendidikan, jenis kelamin dan kejadian kecelakaan dengan persepsi guru tentang K3. Simpulan: Persepsi guru tentang K3 di sekolah dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan serta persepsi tentang K3 tidak berkorelasi terhadap kecelakaan kerja yang pernah dialami oleh guru. Result: Research results showed that as much as 55.9% of respondents had good perceptions of school WSH, where 99.6% of respondents had a high education level, and 80% had a long length of employment (>5 years), the majority of respondents were male, and 79.3% of respondents had never experienced an accident at school. There was a significant relationship between knowledge and length of employment towards the teachers’ perception of WSH. However, there were not any significant relationships between educational level, gender, and incidence of accidents toward teachers’ perception of WSH.
