Metode: Penelitian observasional dengan desain cross-sectional dilakukan pada bulan Juni-Juli 2024 di wilayah Kecamatan Tembalang, Kota Semarang. Subjek dipilih secara consecutive sampling sebesar 53 subjek. Data yang diambil yaitu perilaku makan picky eater, data asupan gizi makronutrien untuk frekuensi konsumsi, dan jumlah konsumsi, pengetahuan gizi ibu, pendidikan orang tua, pengasuh utama balita, dan pendapatan keluarga. Data diuji dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan uji regresi logistik dengan CI 95%, dan hasil signifikan dengan p-value <0,05. Hasil: Persentase picky eater sebesar 75,5%, frekuensi konsumsi kurang baik 69,8%, jumlah konsumsi energi kurang 84,9%, jumlah konsumsi protein kurang 69,8%, jumlah konsumsi lemak kurang 52,8%, jumlah konsumsi karbohidrat kurang 81,8% dari total subjek. Terdapat hubungan antara perilaku picky eater dengan frekuensi konsumsi (p=0,032), jumlah konsumsi protein (p=0,042), serta karbohidrat (p=0,038). Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara perilaku picky eater dengan frekuensi dan jumlah konsumsi protein dan karbohidrat. Tidak terdapat hubungan perilaku picky eater dengan jumlah konsumsi energi, dan lemak. Data shows that around 20% of children are picky eaters, with 33.6% of picky eaters occurring in children under the age of 5. Objective: To analyze the relationship between picky eating behavior and the food consumption patterns of toddlers aged 24-59 months. Methods: An observational research study with a cross-sectional design was conducted in June-July 2024 in the Tembalang District, Semarang City. The subjects were selected using consecutive sampling, resulting in 53 participants. The data taken were picky eating behavior, amount of consumption, nutritional knowledge, parent education level, primary caregivers for toddlers, and family income. Data were tested using the Chi-Square and logistic regression test with a 95% confidence interval, with significant results with p-value <0.05.
