Motorcycles entrust entered in the entrust agreement which the provisions in The third book of The Book of Civil Law (Civil Code) Chapter XI of the Baggage.  Motorcycle entrust is not only on the Mall, but also at the airport, as do the studies that researchers at the Matahari Mall and Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang.

The method used purposive sampling, where the results showed in the provision of compensation reached by way of succumbing to win the family over the market price.

Abstrak

Penitipan sepeda motor masuk dalam perjanjian penitipan yang ketentuannya ada dalam Buku III Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata (KUH Perdata) Bab XI tentang Penitipan Barang. Penitipan sepeda motor tidak hanya di Mall tetapi juga di Bandara, seperti penelitian yang peneliti lakukan yaitu di Mall Matahari dan Bandara Ahmad Yani Semarang.

Metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, di mana hasil penelitian menunjukan dalam pemberian ganti kerugian ditempuh dengan cara mengalah untuk menang secara kekeluargaan di atas harga pasaran.
