Abstract
New land domination in the province of Bali need a guarantee of legal certainty. Where as on the other hand the existence of land in Indonesia is pluralistic. Abstrak
Tanah di Provinsi Bali membutuhkan perlindungan hukum yang jelas dan kuat, khususnya bagi Tanah Timbul yang selalu menimbulkan konflik kepentingan bagi masyarakat Bali. Provinsi Bali yang merupakan obyek pariwisata nasional dan internasional dimana banyak membutuhkan lahan untuk investasi. Salah satu obyek lahan yang selama ini menimbulkan konflik di Bali adalah mengenai pengaturan hukum mengenai Tanah Timbul.
Kata kunci: Konflik, Status Hukum, Tanah Timbul.
