Studi komparasi ini dilakukan dengan membandingkan Undang-Undang No. 19 Tahun 2002 tentang Hak Cipta dengan 17 U.S.C. § 101-1101 dalam hal ruang lingkup hak cipta, masa berlaku hak cipta, dan pendaftaran ciptaan, dalam rangka untuk mengoptimalkan pengaturan hak cipta di Indonesia. Abstract
Starting from the concerns that arose over many copyright infringements in Indonesia, than this comparative study of copyright regulations in Indonesia and United States of America was conducted. Abstrak
Berawal dari keprihatinan yang timbul atas banyak terjadinya pelanggaran hak cipta di Indonesia, maka dilakukanlah studi komparasi terhadap pengaturan hak cipta di Indonesia dan Amerika Serikat ini. Studi komparasi ini dilakukan dengan membandingkan Undang-Undang No. 19 Tahun 2002 tentang Hak Cipta dengan 17 U.S.C. § 101-1101 dalam hal ruang lingkup hak cipta, masa berlaku hak cipta, dan pendaftaran ciptaan, dalam rangka untuk mengoptimalkan pengaturan hak cipta di Indonesia.
