Keadilan berarti dalam teori pengupahan, kita tahu bahwa keadilan tidak terjadi dalam dunia nyata. Karena pengupahan tergantung secara sepihak oleh pengusaha tanpa tawar-menawar dengan pekerja yang mana dalam kenyataannya tidak dapat memenuhi kecukupan hidup mereka. Pada saat yang bersamaan, pengusaha hidup berlebihan. Di dalam kehidupan nyata, teori-teori lainnya seperti teori upah etika, teori upah sosial, dan teori upah teladan harus diimplementasikan dalam sistem pemerintahan mengenai pengupahan dan tenaga kerja. Saat ini, teori upah teladan dalam hubungannya dengan tenaga kerja sangat melengkapi setiap pihak antara pekerja dan perusahaan mereka, karena teori ini didasarkan atas kemanusiaan. Abstrak
Kebagiaan sosial yang kita sebut sebagai keadilan dapat kita temukan di dalam masyarakat. Keadilan berarti dalam teori pengupahan, kita tahu bahwa keadilan tidak terjadi dalam dunia nyata. Karena pengupahan tergantung secara sepihak oleh pengusaha tanpa tawar-menawar dengan pekerja yang mana dalam kenyataannya tidak dapat memenuhi kecukupan hidup mereka. Pada saat yang bersamaan, pengusaha hidup berlebihan. Di dalam kehidupan nyata, teori-teori lainnya seperti teori upah etika, teori upah sosial, dan teori upah teladan harus diimplementasikan dalam sistem pemerintahan mengenai pengupahan dan tenaga kerja. Saat ini, teori upah teladan dalam hubungannya dengan tenaga kerja sangat melengkapi setiap pihak antara pekerja dan perusahaan mereka, karena teori ini didasarkan atas kemanusiaan.
