Pendirian KPK oleh negara ini dapat ditafsirkan, bahwa negara memanggil aparat penegak hukum reguler dengan suara keras, bahwa negara ini wajib diselamatkan dari budaya korupsi, bukan semata oleh KPK, tetapi oleh perannya yang memang secara yuridis juga diberi kepercayaan menjadi pemberantas korupsi. Abstrak
Di tangan oknum aparat penegak hukum reguler, koruptor mendapatkan kenyamanan dan kedamaian. Berbagai bentuk upaya dilakukan oleh negara untuk menyadarkannya. Salah satu bentuk upayanya dengan cara mendirikan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK). Pendirian KPK oleh negara ini dapat ditafsirkan, bahwa negara memanggil aparat penegak hukum reguler dengan suara keras, bahwa negara ini wajib diselamatkan dari budaya korupsi, bukan semata oleh KPK, tetapi oleh perannya yang memang secara yuridis juga diberi kepercayaan menjadi pemberantas korupsi.
