Dampak Sosial Akusisi Lahan Pembangunan Bandara YIA terhadap Sistem Penghidupan Masyarakat Lokal

Pengadaan lahan untuk pembangunan Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta memberikan dampak yang signifikan, terutama bagi masyarakat lokal sebagai pemilik lahan yang terkena akuisisi. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi pemrakarsa proyek untuk menyediakan dokumen Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL) guna mengurangi dampak negatif dan mengoptimalkan dampak positif. Meskipun AMDAL telah disusun sebelumnya untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengelola dampak lingkungan dan sosial, temuan lima tahun setelah penerbitan menunjukkan bahwa dampak negatif, terutama dalam sistem penghidupan yang tidak berkelanjutan, masih dirasakan oleh sebagian masyarakat terdampak. Dampak sosial yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat terdampak dijelaskan melalui konsep aset modal dalam kerangka Sustainable Livelihood yang dianggap mampu memprediksi dampak sosial dalam beberapa studi AMDAL skala internasional. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui data kuesioner dan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai data pendukung melalui analisis dokumen AMDAL dan wawancara terarah. Melalui analisis aset modal, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi prediksi AMDAL dan kondisi masyarakat lima tahun setelah menerima kompensasi lahan sebagai tahap akhir skema pengadaan lahan untuk Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta.
