Abstract
Transformasi transportasi publik menjadi isu krusial di tengah peningkatan kebutuhan mobilitas akibat pertumbuhan ekonomi dan jumlah penduduk. Jakarta dan Singapura, sebagai metropolis besar di Asia Tenggara, menghadirkan pendekatan berbeda dalam mengintegrasikan transportasi publik untuk menciptakan sistem yang efisien dan berkelanjutan. Studi ini menganalisis peran kelembagaan dalam mendukung keberhasilan integrasi transportasi publik di kedua kota melalui metode deskriptif kualitataif dengan pendekatan komparatif terhadap sumber-sumber literatur seperti artikel jurnal dan dokumen terkait. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa, Jakarta melalui inisiatif JakLingko telah memperkenalkan integrasi antarmoda transportasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital meskipun implementasinya masih menemui hambatan pada aspek operasional. Sebaliknya, Singapura menunjukkan keberhasilan yang lebih konsisten melalui struktur kelembagaan yang kuat, kebijakan pembatasan penggunaan kendaraan pribadi, dan pemanfaatan teknologi mutakhir. Kajian ini memberikan panduan strategis untuk pengembangan sistem transportasi publik yang lebih baik di masa depan
