Announcement of Journal Format Changes

Starting with Volume 21, Number 2, 2025, the Jurnal Saintek Perikanan: Indonesian Journal of Fisheries Science and Technology will implement the following updates to its writing format:

  • Tables and Figures within all articles will now be presented in two languages (Indonesian and English) to improve accessibility for an international readership.

  • Article metadata (genesis) will be more detailed, including the dates of Received, Last Revised, Accepted, Available Online, and Published.

  • License Information: Each article will now include a license notice for CC BY-SA 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/).

This notice is provided for the attention of all authors and readers.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Article Processing Charge (APC) Update

We would like to inform all authors that effective from May 15, 2026, the Article Processing Charge (APC) for Saintek Perikanan: Indonesian Journal of Fisheries Science and Technology has been adjusted to IDR 1.000.000 per manuscript.

This policy applies to all manuscripts declared accepted from this period onwards.
