Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of internship experience and organizational activity on work readiness, as well as the mediating role of self-efficacy in these relationships among the class of 2021 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 200 respondents through a validated and reliable questionnaire and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS software. The findings confirms that internship experience has a significant positive effect on work readiness, organizational activity has a significant positive effect on work readiness, and self-efficacy mediates the influence of internship experience and organizational activity on work readiness. These results highlight the crucial role of practical internship experience and active organizational participation in enhancing students’ work readiness, with self-efficacy serving as a key reinforcing factor.
