Three species of Lonchura, namely Scaly-breasted munia ( Lonchura punctulata ), White-headed munia ( Lonchura maja ), and Javan munia ( Lonchura leucogastroides ), are found in urban, suburban and rural habitats. The Genus Lonchura in urban and rural habitats is dominant, while the distribution of the bondol bird population based on the Morisita Index is clumped.
