Perpustakaan SD Negeri Manyaran 01 Semarang perlu didukung untuk mengembalikan tugas dan fungsi perpustakaan sekolah sebagai sarana pendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan peserta didik tingkat dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskusi, observasi, studi pustaka, ceramah. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi: (1) mengurus perizinan dan diskusi dengan perwakilan pengelola perpustakaan, kepala sekolah, serta tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari unsur mahasiswa, (2) observasi terhadap kebutuhan sarana, sumber daya manusia, dan pemustaka potensial (3) studi pustaka dilakukan terhadap artikel-artikel jurnal dan buku-buku dengan topik pelatihan layanan pustaka, serta opini pencinta pustaka melalui platform blog (4) Ceramah dalam bentuk pelatihan diberikan kepada guru dan 12 murid asal kelas 4 hingga kelas 6 yang dipilih sebagai calon pustakawan kecil. Simpulan: pelatihan terlaksana dengan baik, peserta dari unsur pengelola perpustakaan dapat memahami materi pelatihan, peserta dari unsur peserta didik kelas 6 paling memahami materi karena mereka sudah mendapatkan pendidikan ms word dan ms excel. Saran: perlu perhatian dari pemerintah tentang kebijakan akses peserta didik khususnya sekolah dasar terhadap koleksi perpustakaan. Kata Kunci: administrasi, koleksi, pelatihan, penataan, perpustakaan sekolah dasar ABSTRACT Library Administration and Collection Arrangement Training is a training activities on how to administer and how to arrange collections on library shelves. This activity was carried out because the library of SD Negeri Manyaran 01 Semarang does not yet have:permanent librarian, Library Collection Borrowing and Returning Book, Guest Book, bookend, barrier between classifications. The collection has not been served even though all collections have been recorded in the digital Inventory Book and have been labeled, there is no policy from the Semarang city government on the schedule of students’ visits to SD/MI libraries. The library of SD Negeri Manyaran 01 Semarang needs to be supported to restore the duties and functions of the school library as a means of supporting the achievement of the educational goals of primary level students. The methods used were observation, discussion, literature study, lecture. Activities included: (1) arranging licenses and discussions with representatives of library managers, the school principal, the community service team from the student element, (2) observation of facility needs, human resources, and potential users, (3) literature study was conducted on journal articles and books on the topic of library service training, as well as library lovers' opinions through mainstream media, (4) Lectures in the form of training were given to teachers and 12 students from grade 4 to grade 6 who were selected as potential child librarians. Conclusion: the training was well organized, and participants from library management could understand the training materials, participants from Grade 6 students understood the material best because they had already received ms word and ms excel education. Suggestion: the government needs to pay attention to the access policy of students, especially elementary school students, to library collections.
