Multidimensional Scaling and Cluster analysis showed that there were 4 groups of phytoplankton, which grouped by their present and abundance. Furthermore, their composition at 20 m depth (st.II-20 dan st III-20) were higher than other stations. The highest abundance was found at 5 m depth (st. III-5), while the lowest was at 20 m depth (st. IV-20).
