Social capital variables consist of beliefs, social norma, social networks, and supportive variables i.e. the network structure of society, and the potential for conflict. Statistical data analysis consists of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), Regression and correlation test. habitat conservation strategy of Cenderawasih bird uses SWOT analysis. Confirmatory Factor Analysis obtained Chi-square value = 1,546 ; df = 1 with significance of 0.214 ≥ 0.05 with norm factor values (0.947), trust (0.947), social networks (0.194), community network structures (0.416) and potential conflicts (0.284). The Social Trust Capital Regression Test has a significant effect on Social Norma and Potential Conflicts (p-value < 0.05). Furthermore, statistically Social Capital – Social norma have a significant effect on all social capital, Community Social Networks, Trust, and Potential Conflict (p-value < 0.05). Correlation tests using Spearman correlation analysis obtained relationships between beliefs, norms and community network structures whereas there was no relationship between social networks and potential conflicts. Strategies based on SWOT analysis, obtained coordinates Y = 7.4 and X = 6.64 where this coordinate is in quadrant I is an aggressive strategy.
