This study was prompted by the increasing awareness about diet and the proliferation of information about healthy diets in digital media, but there is an increase in the number of obesity cases in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed using an online survey involving 213 respondents in Indonesia, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). Structural model analysis revealed that digital information exposure significantly influences attitudes toward a healthy diet. Furthermore, attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control significantly predict healthy diet intention, with attitude emerging as the strongest predictor. These results highlight the important role of digital media in shaping health-related attitudes and behavioral intentions. The study contributes to the development of TPB research by integrating digital information exposure into the model and provides practical implications for digital health communication and nutrition promotion strategies. }, issn = {2548-4893}, pages = {23--36} doi = {10.14710/jis.25.1.2026.23-36}, url = {https://ejournal.undip.ac.id/index.php/ilmusos/article/view/84880} }
