PERANCANGAN FASITILAS KERJA UNTUK MENGURANGI KELUHAN MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS (MSDS) DENGAN METODE RAPPID ENTIRE BODY ASSESMENT PADA PEKERJA PEMBUATAN PAVING DAN BATAKO PADA UKM USAHA BARU

Abstract

Melakukan pekerjaan dengan postur kerja yang salah, beban yang berat dan perancangan alat yang tidak ergonomis dapat mengakibatkan kerugian salah satunya adalah keluhan musculoskeletal disorders. UKM Usaha Baru adalah usaha pembuatan paving dan batako dimana prosesnya adalah pekerja duduk dibangku kecil dengan ketinggian alat cetakan yang sejajar dengan bangku kecil, hal tersebut membuat postur tubuh pekerja saat membuat produk menjadi tidak nyaman, selain itu pekerja bekerja dengan posisi kaki tertekuk. Dari hasil wawancara kepada pekerja menyatakan bahwa tingkat keluhan paling tinggi yang dialami adalah sakit pada bagian leher, bahu kanan, bahu kiri, punggung, lutut dan pinggang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai REBA dan memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk mengurangi resiko musculoskeletal disorders. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada proses pembuatan paving dan batako menghasilkan tingkat resiko sedang, tinggi dan sangat tinggi sehingga perlu dilakukan tindakan perubahan. Dengan menggunakan data anthropometri, dilakukan perancangan fasilitas kerja guna mengurangi keluhan musculoskeletal disorders. Hasil yang diperoleh menghasilkan landasan meja kerja berdiri dengan ukuran panjang 65cm, lebar 50 cm dan tinggi 90cm untuk paving dan panjang 65cm, lebar 50cm dan tinggi 77cm untuk batako, penambahan meja penyimpanan, tempat semen dan pasir untuk memudahkan pekerja.

Abstract

Doing work with incorrect working posture , heavy load and design tool not ergonomic can result in loss one of them is a complaint of musculoskeletal disorders. UKM Usaha Baru is business of making paving and bataco where the process is the worker is sitting on the small bench with a height of mold tools that align with a small stool , it makes the worker’s posture when making products becomes uncomfortable , beside that the workers doing work with foot flexed position. From the results of the interview to the workers stated that the highest complaints rate are experienced pain in the neck , right shoulder , left shoulder , back, knee and waist . This research aims to know the value of REBA and provide suggestions for improvement to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. From the research that has been conducted found that in the process of paving and batako produce moderate risk levels, high and very high so it is necessary to measure the changes. By using anthropometric data, facility design work is done in order to reduce complaints of musculoskeletal disorders. The results produce a work table stands runway with a length of 65cm, width 50cm and height 90cm for paving and length 65cm, width 50cm and height 77cm to brick, as well as additional storage and a table of cement and sand to facilitate trade.
