Tingkat keterlibatan karyawan (employee engagement) merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi pada berbagai sektor industri, terutama pada sektor kesehatan yang memiliki tanggung jawab sosial tinggi terhadap masyarakat. Generasi Z sebagai kelompok demografi terbesar di Indonesia memiliki karakteristik dalam tuntutan pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat employee engagement Generasi Z di sektor kesehatan Indonesia dan mengidentifikasi dimensi yang paling dominan membentuk keterlibatan kerja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner daring dengan total sebanyak 100 responden Generasi Z yang bekerja di rumah sakit, puskesmas, dan klinik. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah UWES-9 yang mengukur tiga dimensi work engagement, yaitu vigor, dedication, dan absorption yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan rata-rata, standar deviasi, dan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat employee engagement Generasi Z di sektor kesehatan tergolong tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata dimensi vigor sebesar (4,32), dedication sebesar (4,92), dan absorption sebesar (4,24). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa responden memiliki rasa bangga dan antusiasme yang tinggi terhadap pekerjaan, meskipun tingkat fokus mendalam bervariasi antar individu.

  

Abstract

[The Assessment of Employee Engagement Levels among Generation Z Workers in the Indonesian Healthcare Industry] Employee engagement is an important factor in improving organizational performance in various industrial sectors, especially in the health sector, which has a high social responsibility to the community. Generation Z, as the largest demographic group in Indonesia, has specific characteristics in terms of their work demands. This study aims to describe the level of employee engagement among Generation Z in the Indonesian health sector and identify the most dominant dimensions that shape work engagement. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method using an online questionnaire with a total of 100 Generation Z respondents working in hospitals, health centers, and clinics. The instrument used was the UWES-9, which measures three dimensions of work engagement, namely vigor, dedication, and absorption, which were then analyzed descriptively using means, standard deviations, and frequency distributions. The results showed that the level of employee engagement among Generation Z in the health sector was relatively high, with an average score of 4.32 for vigor, 4.92 for dedication, and 4.24 for absorption. These results indicate that respondents have a high sense of pride and enthusiasm for their work, although the level of deep focus varies between individuals.
