Abstract

Sebagai pelaku usaha dalam bidang persewaan mobil, Main Rent Car harus mengikuti perkembangan dunia otomotif khususnya mobil agar dapat bersaing dan mengetahui kemajuan yang ada. Dalam mengikuti kemajuan dunia mobil, pelaku usaha selalu melakukan pembaruan mobil. Dalam hal pembaruan mobil dapat menimbulkan masalah misalnya jika mobil baru produksi banyak yang keluar maka bisa terjadi masalah. Pelaku usaha mengatasinya dengan menyewa mobil yang ingin disewakan ke pihaknya, maka dari itu untuk mendapatkan mobil yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, dilakukan pemilihan mobil. Simple Additive Weighting merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan pemilihan mobil tersebut dengan pemberian nilai bobot pada setiap kriteria dan pemberian nilai mobil pada setiap kriteria, akan menghasilkan perangkingan mobil. Aplikasi rental mobil dan implementasi metode Simple Additive Weighting dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan DBMS MySQL. Metode ini akan menghasilkan nilai akhir dan perangkingan pada setiap mobil
