Salah satu bentuk pelayanan yang diberikan adalah pemanfaatan data kependudukan berbasis teknologi melalui sistem pelayanan online data kependudukan. Masyarakat bisa mendapatkan hasil data kependudukan yang lebih tepat dan akurat melalui sistem pelayanan online data kependudukan, namun selama ini Disdukcapil belum pernah melakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem yang telah diterapkan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui apakah system yang diimplementasikan sudah sesuai dengan harapan dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan strategis instansi. Standar yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan teknologi informasi adalah COBIT 5. Domain COBIT 5 yang dipilih adalah Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) yang fokus pada penilaian pengiriman dan layanan teknologi informasi serta dukungannya termasuk pengelolaan masalah agar keberlanjutan layanan tetap terjaga. Hasil capability level yang diperoleh yaitu level 2 untuk proses DSS03, DSS05, dan DSS06, serta level 3 untuk proses DSS01, DSS02, dan DSS04. Level target yang ingin dicapai adalah 5 yaitu optimizing process, sehingga rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukan adalah memaksimalkan proses yang sudah berjalan dengan baik, melakukan perencanaan prediksi kedepan dan membuat inovasi-inovasi terhadap proses bisnis agar berjalan lebih baik.}, issn = {2777-0648}, pages = {44--57} doi = {10.14710/jmasif.12.1.41021}, url = {https://ejournal.undip.ac.id/index.php/jmasif/article/view/41021} }
