Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel adalah total populasi yaitu 73 orang. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variabel paling dominan yang mempengaruhi praktik penggunaan film badge yaitu persepsi radiografer tentang peraturan penggunaan film badge. Jika persepsi radiografer tentang peraturan penggunaan film badge baik maka mempunyai peluang sebesar 6,160 kali untuk melakukan praktik penggunaan film badge dari pada persepsi radiografer tentang peraturan penggunaan film badge yang kurang baik. Kata Kunci : radiografer, peraturan, praktik penggunaan film badge. The result there is most dominant variable influences badge film practical use i.e.: radiografert perception in regulation of badge film use, 6.160 of avalibility of badge film practical are not good.
